Gas on the way
-
Check that piezoelectric igniters produce a spark
- If there is a spark, the problem may lie with the gas cylinder. You need to double-check that your bottle is full and that the gas is flowing properly.
-
-
- Remove the burner that won’t light and replace it with one that does.
- If the “replacement” burner won’t light, the problem is the injector. It needs to be cleaned with compressed air to remove the impurities blocking the gas inlet hole.
- If the “replacement” burner lights up, it’s the burner that needs to be cleaned with compressed air.
-
-
- If there is no spark, please open a service request if your product meets the conditions.
